High Intensity Interval Training----enjoy the calorie burn and heart-body strengthener. Low impact while applying Pilates principles by way of breath, engagement of your core and precision of movement. Experience bridges, core work, planks, leg work and calorie burners. Tabata style interval training! All you need is a mat or towel on a flat surface, water and a little time & desire to move & breathe!
