Hot Yoga Escape opened November 30, 2016 and has expanded over time to offer an assortment of classes ..... some heated, some just warm and some unheated! We have a class for everyone's needs and desires. All classes are for beginners and beyond!!
November 1, 2020, Hot Yoga Escape expanded and added a new Wellness Center. The expansion offers a new non-heated yoga space and is home to two massage therapists.
Yoga has been practiced for thousands of years and will give your body, mind and soul/spirit exactly what it is missing! Our teachers have been mindfully & skillfully trained and offer passion for what he or she is teaching each and every class. HYE believes in community and you will feel a part of it as soon as you cross the threshold. First timers can purchase an Intro Special Package for $49 for 30 days. Your first day begins at the time of your first class. We have affordable options to provide you after your first month of bringing HYE into your life and routine.
