Breathe & move while connecting with your body! All you need is a mat or large towel on a flat surface and an open mind. If a mirror is available, wonderful and if not, no problem. Strengthen your connection of mind-body and calm your soul. You will leave this practice feeling decompressed, refreshed, and alive.
