HOT YOGA Is based on the original hot yoga class comprising of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Almost all postures are done twice. The room is heated to 105 degrees and 40%-50% humidity. We offer 60, 75 & 90 minute classes. 90 minutes is the original format – the “real deal”! No experience required. Come hydrated, refrain from eating a couple of hours prior to class. Please bring a mat, towel, and water. We also offer unheated 45 minute classes at lunchtime with 26 & 2 series!
RESTORATIVE YOGA (temporarily discontinued for safety reasons) Restorative yoga is a gentle, therapeutic style of yoga that uses guided meditation and props to support the body, deepening the benefits of the poses. Participants remain still in a series of poses for 6-8 minutes each. This soothing, nurturing practice allows the physical body to relax, encouraging the mind to follow. Available for all levels of experience.
WARM VINYASA FLOW is a 60-minute full body yoga flow, uniting breath and movement. Work up a sweat as you strengthen, detoxify, and balance your body with challenging postures, inspiring music, and hands-on adjustments. The room is heated to 90%. Beginners to experienced yogis welcome. Please bring a mat, towel, and water.
YIN YOGA Is the other half of yoga. This yoga practice focuses on your hips and working your yin tissues consisting of ligaments, fascial networks, joints and even your bones. Postures are held longer in a lightly heated environment. Wear comfortable yoga clothes (shorts or yoga pants and t-shirt or yoga top). Bring a mat, towel and an open mind.
HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (HIIT) Is a challenging, full body, LOW IMPACT, high intensity, Tabata style workout applying Pilates principles. HIIT strengthens muscles and burns fat — all without the pounding of a high impact workout. It is designed for all fitness levels. It is performed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 90-95 degrees and 40% humidity for 60 minutes. ZERO experience needed!! HIIT offers quick results, and is MOTIVATING! Bring a mat, towel & water. Wear clothes that will allow you to sweat comfortably. This class is a beautiful complement to Hot Yoga and YOUR LIFE!
MELT This all-levels class will use specialized soft rollers and MELT Hand and Foot Treatment Balls to simulate the results of manual therapy. Learn to eliminate stuck stress before it accumulates causing chronic aches, pains, and unwanted signs of aging. YOGA NIDRA Is yogic sleep that promotes a deep level of relaxation & meditation. Anyone can do it....seniors to children and requires little to no effort other than showing up ready to relax. Reduces anxiety & stress, regulates sleep patterns, promotes healing from traumatic experiences, and calms your mind & nervous system supporting better health. Please dress comfortably and bring a mat, pillow and blanket.
