FREE COMMUNITY CLASSES
Saturday, January 8th HOT 60 with April @ 11am
Is based on the original hot yoga class comprising of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Almost all postures are done twice. The room is heated to 105 degrees and 40%-50% humidity. 60 minute class.No experience required. Come hydrated, refrain from eating a couple of hours prior to class. Please bring a mat, towel, and water.
Saturday, January 15th HIIT with Sherry @ 11am
This High Intensity Interval Training Class is a challenging, full body, LOW IMPACT, high intensity, Tabata style workout applying Pilates principles. HIIT strengthens muscles and burns fat — all without the pounding of a high impact workout. It is designed for all fitness levels. It is performed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 90-95 degrees and 40% humidity for 60 minutes. ZERO experience needed!! HIIT offers quick results, and is MOTIVATING! Bring a mat, towel & water. Wear clothes that will allow you to sweat comfortably.
Sunday, January 23rd Vinyasa with Kendra @ 2pm
Vinyasa Flow is a 60-minute gentle full body yoga flow, uniting breath and movement. Strengthen and balance your body with various postures, inspiring music, and hands-on adjustments. Beginners to experienced yogis welcome. Please bring a mat and water, dress comfortably.
